Carers Training
Our Training Program is the best available. We take immense pride in providing our team with the best training possible, and when you accept our job offer, you will receive free induction and Care Certificate training. Our Trainers all have vital knowledge and experience in health and social care, and some of them are still there, so they know exactly how to best prepare you for the work that lies ahead.
Our learning approach places more of a focus on growing your knowledge, values, and abilities than on “teaching.” We use a specially created training room to ensure that our instruction is dynamic and interesting—not just a list of facts.
To support you throughout your first 12 weeks at Staysafe Healthcare, we have a clear strategy and schedule. After you have finished this, we provide opportunities for continued learning through workshops, e-learning, and distance learning. We firmly believe in providing our Staff Members with ongoing chances to develop, learn, and advance their knowledge and abilities while they work for Staysafe Healthcare.
